TRAUMA-INFORMED, NONVIOLENT PARENTING COURSE SINCE 1999, ECHO HAS BEEN PROVIDING PARENTING CLASSES TO THE RESIDENTS OF LOS ANGELES AND BEYOND. THE 10-CLASS SERIES INCLUDES THE LATEST SCIENCE ON THE BRAIN AND CHILDHOOD TRAUMA AND GIVES PARENTS THE TOOLS TO CREATE SAFE, STABLE NURTURING RELATIONSHIPS, WHICH ARE VITAL TO HEALTHY DEVELOPMENT. THE COURSE IS AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH.
TRAUMA AND RESILIENCE TRAININGS ECHO OFFERS A VARIETY OF TRAININGS FOR TRAUMA SURVIVORS AND THOSE WHO SUPPORT THEM, INCLUDING A FOUNDATIONAL COURSE ON TRAUMA & RESILIENCE (PARTS I AND II), A COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING FOR EDUCATORS (TRAUMA-INFORMED COMPASSIONATE CLASSROOMS), AND INTRODUCTORY TRAININGS ON BODY-BASED MODALITIES FOR TRAUMA RECOVERY.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTS (TRAIN + COACH) ECHO OFFERS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO NONPROFIT AGENCIES AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS, INCLUDING SCHOOLS AND SCHOOL DISTRICTS.
