THROUGH OUR LEADERSHIP/CAPACITY BUILDING WORK, GOT GREEN HAS ENGAGED OVER 200 COMMUNITY MEMBERS IN EDUCATION ABOUT UNHEALTHY HOUSING CONDITIONS. GOT GREEN HAS DEVELOPED A NEW MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE, RE-WROTE OUR ORGANIZATIONAL VISION, VALUES, AND THEORY OF CHANGE, TRANSFORMED OUR STAFFING MODEL, AND DETERMINED OUR NEW FOCUS ON HEALTHY HOUSING.
GOT GREEN HAS WORKED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH A LOCAL GROCERY STORE AND FAITH COMMUNITY, DISTRIBUTING HEALTHY FOOD TO HUNDREDS OF FAMILIES. ADDITIONALLY, GOT GREEN HAS HELPED DISTRIBUTE FOOD VOUCHERS TO HUNDREDS OF HOUSEHOLDS IN SOUTH SEATTLE.
