THE ARTISANS PROVIDES JOB DEVELOPING AND COACHING TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES FOR BOTH GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT ALONG WITH PROVIDING COMMUNITY INCLUSION AND SCHOOL TO WORK SUPPORT. PERSONS QUALIFYING FOR THE PROGRAM ARE TRAINED AT VARIOUS JOBS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. THE ARTISANS SERVED 30 GROUP, 76 INDIVIDUAL, 43 COMMUNITY INCLUSION, 2 BRIDGE, AND 4 SCHOOL TO WORK SUPPORTED CLIENTS PROVIDING OVER 2,315 GROUP, 10,177 INDIVIDUAL, 4,341 COMMUNITY INCLUSION, 273 BRIDGE, AND 105 SCHOOL TO WORK HOURS DURING THE YEAR. THE ARTISANS ALSO WORK WITH BUSINESSES THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY TO PROVIDE WORK CONTRACTS THAT ALLOW FOR SKILL BUILDING AND ASSESSMENT. THE ARTISANS PROVIDED WORK SUPPORT TO 73 DVR CLIENTS DURING THE YEAR UNDER 121 CONTRACTS.
