TRANSITIONAL HOUSING: ATTAIN PROVIDES SAFE, LOW-COST HOUSING FOR 37 FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN FACING HOMELESSNESS. PROFESSIONAL CASE MANAGERS PROVIDE FINANCIAL COUNSELING, LIFE PLANNING, GOAL SETTING, ACCESS TO MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, STRUCTURED PROGRAMS, AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO HELP THESE FAMILIES ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS.
STABLE HOME: ATTAIN PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO COVER RENTAL AND MOVE-IN COSTS FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED A HARDSHIP AND ARE FACING EVICTION. THIS ASSISTANCE IS PAID DIRECTLY TO LANDLORDS WITH AN AGREEMENT NOT TO EVICT. OPTIONAL CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR THESE FAMILIES AS PART OF FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITIES.
KING COUNTY EVICTION PREVENTION AND RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (KCEPRAP): ATTAIN WORKED WITH KING COUNTY TO ADMINISTER AND DISTRIBUTE FEDERAL CARES ACT FUNDING TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES UNABLE TO PAY THEIR RENT DUE TO IMPACTS OF COVID-19.
