TRANSITIONAL HOUSING: ATTAIN PROVIDES SAFE, LOW-COST HOUSING FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN FACING HOMELESSNESS. PROFESSIONAL CASE MANAGERS PROVIDE FINANCIAL COUNSELING, LIFE PLANNING, GOAT SETTING, ACCESS TO MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, STRUCTURED PROGRAMS, AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO HELP THESE FAMILIES ACHIEVE THIER GOALS.


STABLE HOME: ATTAIN PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO COVER RENTAL AND MOVE-IN COSTS FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED A HARDSHIP AND ARE FACING EVICTION. THIS ASSISTANCE IS PAID DIRECTLY TO LANDLORDS WITH AN AGREEMENT NOT TO EVICT. OPTIONAL CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR THESE FAMILIES AS PART OF FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITIES.
