HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM: DURING FISCAL YEAR 2022, HFHIC BUILT 2 NEW HOMES AND RECEYCLED 1 HOME SERVING 14 INDIVIDUALS THROUGH ITS HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM INCLUDING 4 ADULTS AND 10 CHILDREN. HOME PRESERVATION PROGRAM: HFHIC'S HOME PRESERVATION PROGRAM IS AN OUTREACH INITIATIVE THAT SEEKS TO PROVIDE A WIDE RANGE OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOW-TO MODERATE-INCOME HOMEOWNERS.DURING FISCAL YEAR 2022,HFHIC ACCEPTED 5 FAMILIES TO PARTNER WITH TO PROVIDE CRITICAL HOME REPAIRS. REPAIRS INCLUDE ROOFING, WINDOWS, STEPS/PORCH, RAMPS, ELECTRICAL,PLUMBING, AND OTHER CRITICAL NEEDS TO SUPPORT AGING IN PLACE. ALL FAMILIES WERE SENIORS AND 1 DISABLED VETERAN.
