HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM: DURING FISCAL YEAR 2021, HFHIC SERVED 15 INDIVIDUALS THROUGH ITS HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM INCLUDING 7 ADULTS AND 8 CHILDREN. FOUR INDIVIDUALS LIVE WITH DISABILITY. ONE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED HOME AND ONE RECYCLED HOME WERE SOLD TO HOMEBUYERS. HOME PRESERVATION PROGRAM: HFHIC'S HOME PRESERVATION PROGRAM IS AN OUTREACH INITIATIVE THAT SEEKS TO PROVIDE A WIDE RANGE OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOW-TO MODERATE-INCOME HOMEOWNERS.DURING FISCAL YEAR 2021,HFHIC ACCEPTED 5 HOMEOWNERS TO PARTNER WITH TO PROVIDE CRITICAL HOME REPAIRS. REPAIRS INCLUDE ROOF REPAIR/REPLACEMENT, WINDOW REPLACEMENT, STEPS RAMPS AND PORCH REPAIR/REPLACEMENT, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AND OTHER CRITICAL NEEDS. AGING IN PLACE PROGRAM: HFHIC ADVOCATED FOR, APPLIED AND SECURED FUNDING TO PROVIDE AGING IN PLACE SUPPORTS TO LOW-INCOME SENIORS DURING FISCAL YEARS 2022-2024. COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS WERE ESTABLISHED TO STREAMLINE THE APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCESS.
