CLIENT SERVICES - INFORMATION, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND CLIENT SERVICES PROVIDED DIRECTLY TO 1035 INDIVIDUALS, INCLUDING TERMINALLY ILL ADULTS, THEIR FAMILIES, AND CAREGIVERS, AS WELL AS FIELDING OVER 1600 PHONE CALLS.


COMMUNITY EDUCATION - 87 EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS ON END OF LIFE CHOICES AND PLANNING REACHED OVER3,000 PARTICIPANTS; THERE ARE NOW A TOTAL OF 42 VOLUNTEER AMBASSADORS WHO ARE TRAINED TO GIVE PRESENTATIONS.


ADVOCACY - LEGISLATIVE, LEGAL AND REGULATORY ADVOCACY RELATED TO ADVANCE PLANNING AND ON BEHALF OF TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS, INCLUDING PASSING AND IMPLEMENTION OF THE INCREASING ACCESS TO THE DEATH WITH DIGNITY ACT (HB1141/SB5179) AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROTECTING PATIENTS CARE ACT (ESHB 1608)
