CDDC MEETS PEOPLES BASIC NEEDS, PROVIDES DIGNIFIED ADVOCACY, OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES FOR BUILDING COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL NETWORKS, AND SUPPORTS INDIVIDUALS WELFARE ACROSS EMERGENCY, TRANSITIONAL, AND ONGOING CIRCUMSTANCES.
