WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT PROMOTE THE STABILITY AND ECONOMIC MOBILITY OF INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO RESIDE IN AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROPERTIES OWNED AND MANAGED BY EDEN HOUSING, INC., ITS AFFILIATE. IN 2022, MORE THAN 10,000 HOUSEHOLDS HAD ACCESS TO RESIDENT SERVICES AND 56% UTILIZED PROGRAM OFFERINGS SUCH AS FINANCIAL COACHING, TECHNOLOGY CLASSES, JOB/CAREER SUPPORT, HEALTH AND WELLNESS, AND YOUTH AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS. A LARGE PERCENTAGE OF YOUTH PURSUE HIGHER EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES, MANY WITH THE SUPPORT OF EDEN SCHOLARSHIPS.
