OUR MISSION IS TO GUIDE MINISTRY LEADERS AND THEIR SPOUSES INTO HEALTHY MINISTRY, BUILDING TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS THAT GUIDE THEM THROUGH MENTORSHIP, COACHING, RESOURCES, AND RETREATS.

RETREAT PROGRAM: MEMBERS OF STANDING STONE'S MENTORING TEAM--RETREAT SHEPHERDS--LEAD 7-DAY RETREATS FOR MINISTRY COUPLES. ONE MENTOR COUPLE HOSTS ONE MINISTRY COUPLE IN A VACATION HOME, GUIDING THEM THROUGH RELATIONSHIP BUILDING, GOAL SETTING, AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT EXERCISES.
FIELD SHEPHERDING PROGRAM. MEN AND WOMEN OF STANDING STONE'S "SHEPHERD" TEAM PROVIDE A FULL RANGE OF BIBLICAL GUIDANCE TO MINISTRY LEADERS AND THEIR SPOUSES IN THEIR CITY AND REGION THROUGH ONGOING TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS TO NAVIGATE CRISES, HELP PREVENT THEM, AND INCREASE THE LEADER'S HEALTH SO THEIR MINISTRIES FLOURISH. MINISTRY LEADERS RECEIVE THIS SERVICE FREE OF CHARGE. AS OF DEC. 31, 2020, STANDING STONE HAS 79 SHEPHERDS SERVING AN AVERAGE OF 16 MINISTRY LEADERS EACH.
