INFOCUS, AS THE PARENT ORGANIZATION, PROVIDES STRUCTURE AND SUSTAINABILITY FOR OVER 30 DIFFERENT COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS. WE PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT, INCLUDING A BOARD OF DIRECTORS, TRAINING RESOURCES, TECH SUPPORT, INSURANCE, AND LEADERSHIP, TO HELP ENSURE ORGANIZATIONAL AND FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY FOR COMMUNITY OUTREACH ORGANIZATIONS. OUR PROGRAMS REACH ACROSS THE U.S. AND ABROAD INCLUDING MEXICO, RWANDA, KENYA, AND THE CONGO. AS A PARENT ORGANIZATION WE DRAMATICALLY REDUCE THE OVERHEAD COSTS TO EACH OF THESE NONPROFITS AND KEEP 93-CENTS ON EVERY DOLLAR IN THE FIELD MEETING NEEDS AND KEEPING DONOR CONFIDENCE HIGH. EVERY DOLLAR THAT IS RETAINED BY INFOCUS IS USED TO PROVIDE NECESSARY SYSTEMS TO OPERATE A NONPROFIT WHICH INCLUDES SOFTWARE, TECH SUPPORT, ACCOUNTING, REPORTING, TRAINING, GRANT MANAGEMENT, ETC. INFOCUS REALIZES THAT WE ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF PUBLIC TRUST AND MUST FULFILL OUR FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITIES. INFOCUS TAKES THE STEWARDSHIP OF FINANCIAL GIFTS VERY SERIOUSLY. PROVIDING FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, COMPLIANCE WITH NONPROFIT LAW AND BEST PRACTICES, AND TRANSPARENCY OF THE APPROPRIATE USE OF FUNDS TO SUPPORT THE PURPOSES THAT ARE EXPECTED BY OUR FAITHFUL DONORS AND MINISTRY DIRECTORS. OUR FOCUS IS TO HELP PEOPLE AT THEIR GREATEST POINT OF NEED WITH PRACTICAL HELP AND HOPE THROUGH EMERGENCY CHAPLAINCY, COUNSELING, ORPHAN AND LOW-INCOME CARE, MEDICAL PROVISIONS, WORK TRAINING, EQUINE THERAPY, ANTI-HUMAN TRAFFICKING, HELP FOR HOMELESS AND REFUGEES, AND COMMUNITY EVENTS TO BUILD SPIRITUAL FOUNDATIONS. THROUGH DIRECT DONATIONS AND FOUNDATION GRANTS WE HAVE PROVIDED SHOWERS FOR UNSHELTERED NEIGHBORS, MARRIAGE WORKSHOPS, SUPPORT FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE WORKERS, SURGERIES FOR HOMELESS CHILDREN, MEALS, PURE WATER, MENTORING AND THERAPEUTIC LEVEL COUNSELING ALL WITH THE INTENTION OF HELPING PEOPLE OF ALL WALKS OF LIFE BECOME HEALTHY, HOPE-FILLED MEMBERS OF THEIR COMMUNITIES. WE PARTNER WITH VOLUNTEERS, COMMUNITY SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS, AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TO REACH THE NEEDS OF THOSE WE SERVE.
