TO LEAD, REPRESENT AND PROTECT THE INTEREST OF ITS AGRICULTURAL EMPLOYER MEMBERS ON LABOR ISSUES. THIS IS DONE BY EDUCATING, INFLUENCING AND INFORMING MEMBERS, THE MEDIA, THE PUBLIC, REGULATORS, LEGISLATORS, AND MEMBER EMPLOYEES.

OPERATION OF SEASONAL HOUSING THAT ENABLES GROWERS TO OFFER SAFE HOUSING TO THEIR SEASONAL AND MIGRANT FARMWORKERS IN MALAGA, CASHMERE AND MATTAWA. SAGE BLUFF IN MALAGA, WA HAS 41 HOUSING UNITS AVAILABLE AND ACCOMODATED APPROXIMATELY 5,200 TENANTS. BRENDER CREEK IN CASHMERE, WA HAS SEVEN APARTMENT BUILDINGS AND ACCOMODATED APPROXIMATELY 10,000 TENANTS. MATTAWA SLOPE IN MATTAWA, WA HAS SEVEN APARTMENT BUILDINGS AND ACCOMODATED APPROXIMATELY 16,000 TENANTS.
MEMBERS OF THE WASHINGTON GROWERS LEAGUE ARE REPRESENTED ON CRITICAL AGRICULTURAL LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT ISSUES THROUGH STRATEGIC GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS AND INDUSTRY MOBILIZATION. APPROXIMATELY 300 EMPLOYERS PARTICIPATED AS MEMBERS.
