SEAFAIR FESTIVAL - A ONE MONTH LONG FESTIVAL TO PROMOTE THE GOODWILL OF THE PUGET SOUND REGION. ATTENDANCE EXCEEDS 300,000 PEOPLE. THE SEAFAIR PIRATES ATTEND ALL THE COMMUNITY FESTIVALS
