THE ASSOCIATION CONTINUOUSLY SURVEYS AND STUDIES THE OPERATION OF THE COURT SYSTEM, MONITORING ITS VOLUME, ITS WORKING CONDITIONS, AND COMMUNICATING PERFORMANCE. THE ASSOCIATION ASSISTS IN PROMULGATING RULES, AS WELL AS REPORTING ANNUALLY TO THE SUPREME COURT, GOVERNOR AND STATE LEGISLATURE. THE ASSOCIATION HOLDS CONFERENCES FOR THE EDUCATION OF ITS MEMBERS ABOUT JUDICIAL PROCEDURE, ETHICS, DIVERSITY, AND VARIOUS OTHER OUTREACH ACTIVITIES.
