1. MEDICAL BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED AS A BENEFIT TO THE HOSPITAL PLAN MEMBERS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS. THIS BENEFIT PLAN IS A SUPPLEMENTAL PLAN WHICH AUGMENTS THE MEMBERS' PRIMARY PLAN WITH THE CITY OF SEATTLE. THE PLAN REIMBURSES MEMBERS FOR DEDUCTIBLES AND CO-INSURANCE.2. DEATH BENEFITS WERE PAID TO MEMBERS AND/OR THEIR BENEFICIARIES DURING 2021.3. LOW INTEREST EMERGENCY LOANS ARE AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS. THESE LOANS ARE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $1,000 PER MEMBER.4. CONDOMINIUM FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR VACATION RENTALS BY THE MEMBERS AT RATES THAT ARE BELOW THE PREVAILING MARKET RATES.
