THE MISSION OF DUWAMISH TRIBAL SERVICES IS TO PROMOTE SOCIAL CULTURAL POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC SURVIVAL OF THE DUWAMISH TRIBE TO REVITALIZE DUWAMISH CULTURE AND HISTORY IN THE COMMUNITY. THE DUWAMISH LONGHOUSE AND CULTURAL CENTER HOUSES SOCIAL SERVICES AND CULTURAL PROGRAMS FOR TRIBAL MEMBERS AND OCCASIONALLY OTHER URBAN NATIVES.

FREE TO THE PUBLIC THIS PUBLIC BENEFIT FACILITY HOUSES A MUSEUM OF ARTIFACTS AND CONTEMPORARY EXHIBITS OF THE HISTORY AND CULTURE OF THE DUWAMISH TRIBE. THE FACILITY IS USED FOR ARTISTIC AND HISTORIC PURPOSES FOR THE PRODUCTION AND PERFORMANCE OF DANCE ARTISTIC AND COMMUNITY GATHERINGS ASSEMBLY OR MEETINGS. THE PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDES LIMITED EMERGENCY CASH ASSISTANCE TO TRIBAL MEMBERS
