DOMESTIC VIOLENCE - PROVIDE PROGRAMS OF LEGAL, MEDICAL, AND GENERAL ADVOCACY, COUNSELING, AND SAFETY PLANNING FOR VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, AND PROVIDE TEMPORARY SAFE SHELTER FOR VICTIMS WHEN NEEDED. THE ORGANIZATION SERVED 101 VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (DV) SURVIVORS (OF WHICH 5 WERE CHILDREN OF DV PARENTS). THE 24 HOUR CRISIS HOT-LINE PROVIDED CRISIS INTERVENTION AND INFORMATION & REFERRAL TO 685 CALLS.
SEXUAL ASSAULT TREATMENT ENHANCEMENT - PROVIDE COUNSELING, SUPPORT, MEDICAL AND LEGAL ADVOCACY, AND REFERRAL SERVICES TO VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT. THE ORGANIZATION SERVED 82 SEXUAL ASSAULT SURVIVORS (OF WHICH 41 WERE CHILDREN) AND 15 SECONDARY VICTIMS, AND PROVIDED 340 HOURS OF THERAPY FOR VICTIMS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDED 2140 COMMUNITY PARTICIPANTS WITH ACTIVITIES SUCH AS AWARENESS, PREVENTION, AND SYSTEMS COORDINATION. THE 24 HOUR CRISIS HOT-LINE PROVIDED CRISIS INTERVENTION AND INFORMATION & REFERRALS FOR 135 CALLS.
PROVIDE EMERGENCY SHELTER AND HOUSING ADVOCACY SERVICES FOR HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED 200 TOTAL BED NIGHTS, 110 FOR ADULTS AND 90 FOR CHILDREN DURING THE YEAR. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES MEALS AND OTHER ITEMS SUCH AS PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCTS, CLOTHING, ETC. TO HELP CLIENTS FULFILL THEIR IMMEDIATE NEEDS.
