THE MISSION OF SKILLS, INC. IS TO RECRUIT, TRAIN, EMPLOY AND SERVE PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. OUR CORPORATE RESOURCES ARE USED TO PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AT SKILLS INC. AND IN THE COMMUNITY FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT. SKILLS INC. EMPLOYED APPROXIMATELY 226 PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES DURING 2023. IN ADDITION, SKILLS INC. ALSO PROVIDED MENTORING, ASSESSMENT AND PLACEMENT SERVICES FOR 222 PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH OUR VOCATIONAL SERVICE AND AEROSPACE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS.
