LILLIE RICE CENTER IS A NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION DEDICATED TO PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SUPPORT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES WHILE ENHANCING THEIR QUALITY OF INDEPENDENCE.

GROUP SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT: THESE SERVICES ARE A PART OF AN INDIVIDUALS PATHWAY TO INTEGRATED JOBS IN TYPICAL COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT. THESE SERVICES OFFER ONGOING SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT FOR GROUPS OF WORKERS WITH DISABILITIES IN THE SAME SETTING. THE SERVICE OUTCOME IS SUSTAINED PAID EMPLOYMENT LEADING TO SKILL BUILDING AND FURTHER CAREER DEVELOPMENT, WITH ASSISTANCE IN TRANSITIONING TO INTEGRATED COMMUNITY BASED EMPLOYMENT.


SPECIALIZED INDUSTRIES: THIS IS A PROGRAM FOR SEVERELY DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED PERSONS THAT PROVIDES THEM WITH TRAINING, JOB MODIFICATIONS AND JOB RELATED SUPPORT IN ORDER FOR THEM TO PRODUCTIVELY PERFORM THEIR JOBS.
