GROUP SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT: THESE SERVICES ARE A PART OF AN INDIVIDUALS PATHWAY TO INTEGRATED JOBS IN TYPICAL COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT. THESE SERVICES OFFER ONGOING SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT FOR GROUPS OF WORKERS WITH DISABILITIES IN THE SAME SETTING. THE SERVICE OUTCOME IS SUSTAINED PAID EMPLOYMENT LEADING TO SKILL BUILDING AND FURTHER CAREER DEVELOPMENT, WITH ASSISTANCE IN TRANSITIONING TO INTEGRATED COMMUNITY BASED EMPLOYMENT.
