THE RESIDENTIAL SERVICES PROGRAM PROVIDES SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS IN BOTH GROUP AND INDEPENDENT LIVING. THE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM HAS THREE GROUP HOMES IN HOOD RIVER AND TWO IN THE DALLES. ALL RESIDENTS ARE 18 OR OLDER, AND EACH HAS AN INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT PLAN THAT IS PERSON CENTERED ACCORDING TO ANY SUPPORT NEEDS, GOALS AND ASPIRATIONS, AND ANY SAFETY CONCERNS THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED. THE PROGRAM HAS CAPACITY FOR 19 INDIVIDUALS. THE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDES IN HOME AND SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN THEIR OWN HOME.
