THE OVERLAKE SCHOOL IS AN INDEPENDENT COEDUCATIONAL SUBURBAN DAYSCHOOL, OFFERING A RIGOROUS COLLEGE PREPARATORY PROGRAM IN THE LIBERAL ARTS TRADITION FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES 5 THROUGH 12. THE SCHOOL'S GOAL IS TO PREPARE A DIVERSE STUDENT BODY FOR ADMISSION TO COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES AROUND THE COUNTRY AND FOR A LIFETIME OF ONGOING LEARNING AND SUCCESS. DURING THE 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR, APPROXIMATELY 549 STUDENTS ATTEND THE OVERLAKE SCHOOL.
