ICW SUPPORTS STUDENTS AND ADVANCES THE LONG-TERM HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF ITS MEMBER COLLEGES BY: CHAMPIONING THE VALUE OF A LIBERAL ARTS-BASED COLLEGE EDUCATION; REINFORCING THE IMPORTANCE OF HIGHER EDUCATION WITH POLICYMAKERS, OPINION LEADERS, PARTNERS AND GENERAL PUBLIC; RAISING AWARENESS ABOUT THE ESSENTIAL ROLE OUR COLLEGES PLAY IN OFFERING STUDENTS QUALITY, DIVERSE HIGHER EDUCATION OPTIONS AND; FORGING BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS AND RAISING CHARITABLE GIFTS FROM CORPORATIONS AND FOUNDATIONS IN SUPPORT OF STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS AND MEMBER CAMPUSES.

STUDENTS ARE AT THE CENTER OF THE MISSION OF ICW COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES. EACH YEAR, ICW ADVOCATES FOR OUR STUDENTS ON BOTH THE STATE AND FEDERAL LEVELS; RAISES FUNDS FOR STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS AND SPECIAL PROGRAMS; AND PROMOTES COLLABORATION AMONG MEMBERS COLLEGES AND OTHER HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT ENCOURAGE PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT, SHARING RESOURCES, AND CUTTING COSTS.
