THIS CORPORATION, HEREIN REFERRED TO AS THE ASSOCIATION OF ASHE, IS ORGANIZED FOR EDUCATIONAL AND RELATED PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1954, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FACILITATING COMMUNICATION AND EFFORTS AMONG INDIVIDUALS AND ENTITIES CONCERNED WITH THE STUDY OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
