THE YWCA OF BELLINGHAM OFFERS HOUSING PROGRAMS FOR HOMELESS AND LOWINCOME FEMALE IDENTIFYING INDIVIDUALS, INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT, AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION PROGRAMS TO PROMOTE GENDER AND RACIAL JUSTICE SERVING APPROXIMATELY 130 INDIVIDUALS EACH YEAR.
