TO ADVANCE AGRICULTURE AND AGRICULTURE-RELATED EDUCATION THROUGH BEST-METHOD DEMONSTRATIONS, CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION, ON-FARM WORKSHOPS, AND HANDS-ON LEARNING. THE FARM SUPPORTS THE COMMUNITY BY CONTRIBUTING ALL OF ITS AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS TO LOCAL FOOD BANKS AND BY PROVIDING RICHLY REWARDING VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES.

PROVIDED AGRICULTURE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO THE NORTHERN PIEDMONT REGION. INCLUDES CLASSROOM TRAININGS, ON-FARM WORKSHOPS AND VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES. THERE ARE ROUGHLY 40 STUDENTS IN THE BEGINNING FARMER PROGRAM AND OVER 250 ATTENDEES IN OTHER PROGRAMS.
OPERATION OF EDUCATION FARM - DONATED OVER 111,932 POUNDS OF FRESH VEGETABLES TO LOCAL FOOD BANKS; INCLUDES OVERSIGHT OF 200 VOLUNTEERS.
