THE ATLANTA LAND TRUST COLLABORATES WITH COMMUNITIES TO CO-CREATE SOLUTIONS TO THEIR AFFORDABLE HOUSING CHALLENGES WITH THE GOAL OF CREATING 300 PERMANENTLY AFFORDABLE, ENERGY-EFFICIENT HOMES BY 2025. IN 2022 ALT CONTINUED TO ADVANCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THREE AFFORDABLE TOWNHOME COMMUNITIES: 1091 TUCKER AVENUE, 1024 DONNELLY AVENUE AND 697 FAYETTEVILLE ROAD. IN 2022, ALT COMMENCED CONSTRUCTION ON PHASE 1 OF 1091 TUCKER AVENUE, CLOSED ON THE ACQUISITION AND FINANCING OF THE 2-ACRE SITE AT 697 FAYETTEVILLE ROAD AND COMPLETED REZONING AND ENTITLEMENTS FOR 1024 DONNELLY AVENUE.
