SPAY AND NEUTER SURGERY - MN SNAP'S MISSION OF PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY, AFFORDABLE AND ACCESSIBLE SPAY AND NEUTER SERVICES TO THOSE IN NEED IS ACCOMPLISHED VIA A MOBILE SURGERY CLINIC THAT ENABLES TEAMS OF HIGHLY QUALIFIED VETERINARIANS AND VETERINARY TECHNICIANS TO PERFORM ON-SITE SURGERIES AND VACCINATIONS FOR DOGS, CATS AND RABBITS. SURGERIES NOT PERFORMED IN THE MOBILE CLINIC ARE PERFORMED AT MN SNAP'S HEADQUARTERS IN NORTH MINNEAPOLIS. MN SNAP PARTICIPANTS MUST QUALIFY FOR SERVICES IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: PROOF OF PARTICIPATION IN A NEEDS-BASED PUBLIC ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, A COPY OF THEIR MOST RECENT TAX RETURN, OR AS A CARETAKER OF FERAL OR FREE-ROAMING CATS.
