DAY SERVICES: YEAR ROUND ADULTBRIDGE DAY SERVICES PROVIDE YEAR ROUND WEEKDAY ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING AND LIFE SKILLS TRAINING FOR YOUNG ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES. BRIDGE DAY SERVICES SERVES 56 YOUNG ADULTS AND MEETS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 9 AM - 3 PM AT THE 651 BRAKKE DRIVE SITE THROUGH MARCH 13, 2020. AT THAT TIME THIS PROGRAM WAS SUSPENDED DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC. PROGRAM RE-OPENED ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2021 WITH 17 CLIENTS. OUR HOPE IS TO GROW THE PROGRAM BACK TO ITS FORMER SIZE AS WE COME BACK FROM THE PANDEMIC.
COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES: BRIDGE COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES FOR 25 YOUNG ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES WHO ARE ENROLLED IN DEPARTMENT OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION (DVR) SERVICES.
SUMMER YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULT PROGRAM: BRIDGE SUMMER YOUTH AND ADULT PROGRAM PROVIDES WEEKDAY ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING AND LIFE SKILLS TRAINING FOR YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES THAT ARE CURRENTLY IN PUBLIC SPECIAL EDUCATION. BRIDGE SUMMER YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULT PROGRAM SERVICES 28-30 YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS AND MEETS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 9 AM - 3 PM AT VARIOUS COMMUNITY LOCALES DURING THE MONTHS OF JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST. DUE TO COVID-19 THIS PROGRAM ONLY OPERATED ON JULY AND AUGUST OF 2019. IT WAS CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19 DURING JUNE OF 2020.
