OUR MISSION IS TO CREATE A DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT FOR HISPANIC PROFESSIONALS TO THRIVE BY FOSTERING LEADERSHIP, MENTORING, EDUCATION, NETWORKING, AND NEW INITIATIVES THAT SUPPORT HISPANICS AND HISPANIC BUSINESSES.

THE MISSION OF HPGM IS TO PROMOTE HISPANIC ADVANCEMENT IN THE MILWAUKEE AREA BY CONNECTING AND UNITING HISPANIC PROFESSIONALS, STUDENTS AND THE COMMUNITY WITH RICH HERITAGE, STRONG LEADERSHIP, AND IMPACTFUL INITIATIVES. HPGM SERVES MORE THAN 2,200 STUDENTS AND PROFESSIONALS ANNUALLY BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO JOBS AND INTERNSHIPS, SCHOLARSHIPS, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, AND MENTORING OPPORTUNITIES. WE WORK WITH 36 CORPORATIONS, 8 INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION, AND MORE THAN 50 COMMUNITY PARTNERS TO BREAK DOWN BARRIERS AND EMPOWER DIVERSE LEADERS.
HISPANIC PROFESSIONALS OF GREATER MILWAUKEE'S ANNUAL MEETING IS A CELEBRATION OF THE ORGANIZATION'S ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND GROWTH, DURING WHICH THE ORGANIZATION AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS FOR POSTGRADUATE STUDIES AND HIGHLIGHTS PROFESSIONAL AWARD RECIPIENTS.
