THE WATERMARK FOUNDATION (TWF) VIEWS EDUCATION AS ENCOMPASSING THE SCOPES OF TRADITIONAL PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS, AS WELL AS INNOVATIVE AND ALTERNATIVE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND EXPERIENCES THAT TAKE PLACE OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM. TWF FURTHER UNDERSTANDS, AND APPRECIATES, THE CRITICAL ROLE OF EDUCATION IN ADVANCING COMMUNITIES TO BE HEALTHIER, SAFER, AND HAPPIER FOR ALL.TWF WILL IDENTIFY EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS AND OPPORTUNITIES, AS WELL AS OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, SERVING IN AND AROUND THE PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VIRGINIA COMMUNITY AND OTHER AREAS OF THE UNITED STATES THAT SHARE TWF'S MISSION OF PROMOTING EDUCATION TO THE PUBLIC.
