PARENTS FOR EDUCATIONAL FREEDOM IN NC ADVOCATES FOR QUALITY EDUCATIONAL OPTIONS THROUGH PARENTAL SCHOOL CHOICE. OUR MISSION IS TO ENGAGE AT THE GRASSROOTS LEVEL, EDUCATE NC ABOUT THE OPTIONS IN OUR STATE, AND EMPOWER FAMILIES TO HAVE A VOICE IN THEIR CHILDRENS EDUCATION.

RESECURED A $500,000 CONTRACT WITH THE NORTH CAROLINA STATE EDUCATION ASSISTANCE AUTHORITY (NCSEAA) FOR ADMINISTERING A FAMILY SUPPORT ASSISTANCE EFFORT AND A SCHOLARSHIP EDUCATION PROGRAM FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING IN THE K-12 SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE AUTHORITY.SECURED AN INCREASE IN THE AWARD AMOUNT OF THE OPPORTUNITY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FROM $6,168/SCHOOL YEAR TO $7,468.
