THE ORGANIZATION IS A LITIGATION GROUP OPERATING UNDER THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION FOR JUSTICE, COMPRISED OF ATTORNEYS AND SUPPORT STAFF REPRESENTING CLIENTS IN LITIGATION RELATED TO TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY. MEMBERSHIP DUES ARE UTILIZED TO PROVIDE ONGOING EDUCATION AND TRAINING, AIMED AT ENHANCING MEMBERS EXPERTISE AND INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE. THESE EFFORTS SUPPORT THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF MEMBERS AND STRENGTHEN THEIR ABILITY TO ADVOCATE FOR INDIVIDUALS AFFECTED BY TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURIES.
