REBUILT PARISH, INC. WAS FOUNDED IN JUNE 2022 IN MARYLAND AS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION. THE ORGANIZATION EQUIPS AND EMPOWERS CHURCH LEADERS TO REFOCUS ON REACHING THE UN-CHURCHED TO CREATE A CLEAR DISCIPLESHIP PATH FOR ITS MEMBERS AND TO BUILD THEIR PARISH CULTURE.

REBUILT COACHING - REBUILT'S MISSION IS TO MAKE DISCIPLES BY HELPING OTHER PARISHES MAKE DISCIPLES. THE REBUILD COACHING TEAM WALKS ALONGSIDE A CHURCH'S TEAM WHILE THEY NAVIGATE THE REBUILDING EFFORTS AT THEIR PARISH TO HELP TAKE THEIR REBUILDING EFFORTS FROM IDEAS TO IMPLEMENTATION. THE REBUILT COACHING INCLUDES GROUP LEARNING AND PERSONAL COACHING. OUR CURRICULUM IS BUILT AROUND OUR STRATEGIC ANCHORS OF LEADERSHIP, THE WEEKEND EXPERIENCE AND GROWING DEEPER & WIDER IN DISCIPLESHIP. REBUILT PARISH IS COACHING TWENTY-SEVEN PARISHES. REBUILT PARISH ALSO OFFERS TO CHURCHES ACCESS TO CONTENT FOR PARISH PROGRAMS (HOMILIES, SMALL GROUP, & CHILDRENS LITURGY), SPEAKERS ON THE REBUILT PARISH STRATEGY, AND FREE WEBINARS. OVER EIGHTY PARISHES UTILIZE THE CONTENT AND OVER 500 PEOPLE REGISTERED FOR THE WEBINARS DURING FY23, CHURCH OF THE NATIVITY PROVIDED STAFF TO SUPPORT THE PROGRAM, VALUED AT $335,652.
