DISCIPLESHIP FORMATION: PREAMBULA GROUP IS A LAY APOSTOLATE THAT EXISTS TO SUPPORT THE FORMATION AND GROWTH OF CATHOLIC DISCIPLES FOR THE WORK OF THE NEW EVANGELIZATION. OUR WORK IS FOCUSED ON MAKING OUR PARISHES AND THEIR FAITHFUL ENGAGED IN THEIR ENCOUNTERS WITH CHRIST THROUGH EDUCATION, GROUP STUDY AND PRAYER SO THAT THEY WILL BECOME DISCIPLES AND BUILD UP PARISH LIFE IN THE REGION AND THE CHURCH AT LARGE. FORMATION ACTIVITIES ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH THE ON FIRE, YOUR MISSION, AND THE WAY PROGRAMS. CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O.ON FIRE IS A SIX-MONTH EXPERIENCE THAT CALLS DISCIPLES TO JOURNEY WITH OTHERS TO DEEP THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD AND DISCERN HOW GOD IS CALLING THEM TO BE MISSIONARY DISCIPLES FOR THE CHURCH. UPON COMPLETION OF THE ON FIRE PROGRAM, PARTICIPANTS MAY JOURNEY FOR AN ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS IN THE YOUR MISSION PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM FOCUSES ON THE DISCIPLES ABILITY TO SHARE THEIR FAITH COMFORTABLY AND CONFIDENTLY IN THE SECULAR WORLD. THE WAY PROGRAM IS OFFERED AS AN INTRODUCTORY FORMATION EXPERIENCE. SPIRITUAL DIRECTION IS ALSO PROVIDED IN GROUP AND ONE-ON-ONE SETTINGS.
THE METANOIA PROJECT: THE METANOIA PROJECT INVESTS IN THE SPIRITUAL VITALITY AND GROWTH OF PARISH STAFFS AND KEY PARISH VOLUNTEERS WORKING IN MINISTRY. THE INITIATIVE FOSTERS PERSONAL AND CULTURAL TRANSFORMATION FOR THE PARISH LEADERSHIP TEAM THAT CULTIVATES TRUST AND COHESION. PARISH STAFFS ARE LED THROUGH NUMEROUS RETREAT-LIKE EXPERIENCES THAT HELP THEM MAINTAIN MINISTRY FOCUS AND ENERGY. PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE REGULAR OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM COACHING AROUND PERSONAL IDENTITY AND MISSION. THEY ALSO BENEFIT FROM ONGOING TRAINING AND CONSULTATION FOR PARISH RENEWAL.
