LIFE HOUSE WILL RECEIVE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT WILL HELP THEM TO PROVIDE RESPITE CARE, PALLIATIVE CARE, EDUCATION, RECREATION AND PEER-NETWORKING PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES LIVING WITH LIFE LIMITING CONDITIONS.
