THE MACC FUND IS ANOTHER NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT WE PARTNERED WITH IN THE MILWAUKEE COMMUNITY. THE GOAL OF THE MACC FUND IS TO FIND A CURE FOR CHILDHOOD CANCER AND RELATED BLOOD DISORDERS. IN ADDITION, OUR STUDENT-ATHLETES HAVE MADE HOSPITAL VISITS TO HELP PROVIDE JOY TO KIDS THAT ARE GOING THROUGH DIFFICULT TIMES. IN ADDITION TO BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS AND THE MACC FUND, SHARP LITERACY IS ANOTHER NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT OUR STUDENT-ATHLETES SPEND TIME WITH THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. THE GOAL OF SHARP LITERACY IS TO HELP STUDENTS BECOME LIFELONG LEARNERS. SHARP LITERACY SERVES 8,500 STUDENTS IN 51 URBAN SCHOOLS IN MILWAUKEE, WAUKESHA, AND RACINE COUNTIES.
