GIL-MOR MANOR IS A 35 BED SKILLED NURSING FACILITY. WE PROVIDE SKILLED NURSING CARE TO OUR RESIDENTS WITH A WIDE VARIETY OF AMENITIES. WE ARE AN APPROVED PROVIDER FOR MEDICARE AND MA. WE ALSO PROVIDE RESPITE CARE AND ADULT DAY CARE.

GIL-MOR MANOR IS A 35 BED SKILLED NURSING FACILITY. GIL-MOR IS GOVERNED BY AN INDEPENDENT BOARD OF CONSUMER REPRESENTATIVES, BUSINESS EXPERTS, AND COMMUNITY LEADERS WITH A 5 MEMBER EXECUTIVE BOARD. WE OFFFER AMENITIES TO OUR RESIDENTS SUCH AS PRIVATE ROOMS, HOUSEKEEPING, LAUNDRY, IV THERAPY, HEARING AIDE SPECIALIST. ALSO PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL SPEECH THERAPIES. WE HAVE A REGISTERED DIETITIAN ON STAFF WHO OVERSEES THE DIETARY DEPT WITH HOMECOOKED MEALS SNACKS. WE PROVIDE A WIDE RANGE OF SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, OUTINGS AND ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE RESIDENTS.
GIL-MOR HAVEN IS A 16 UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING FOR SENIORS AGE 55 OR OLDER. WE HAVE A CLASS F HOME CARE LICENSE, THRU THE STATE OF MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, WHICH ALLOWS US TO PROVIDE HOUSING WITH SERVICES TO THE TENANTS THAT LIVE THERE. WE HAVE AN ALA CARTE OF SERVICES WHICH TENANTS MAY PURCHASE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. SERVICES WHICH ARE OFFERED INCLUDE MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, SPECIALIZED NURSING SERVICES, COMFORT CHECKS, EMERGENCY NURSE CALL, RN ASSESSMENTS ETC.
