AID TO THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE. CASH AND IN-KIND GRANTS AND ALLOCATIONS TO CAPITAL REEF NATIONAL PARK SUPPLEMENTING FEDERAL APPROPRIATIONS TO THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE.
