THOSE SALES PROVIDE FINANCIAL AID TO SUPPORT OUTDOOR EDUCATION, FREE PUBLICATIONS, INTERPRETIVE PROGRAMS, MONITORING OF WILDLIFE, VEGETATION AND WATER, SEASONAL PARK RANGERS AND INTERNS, SAFETY AND EDUCATIONAL VIDEOS AND TRAININGS, AND A VISITOR USE MANAGEMENT PLAN.

AID TO NATIONAL PARK SERVICE CANYON COUNTRY OUTDOOR EDUCATION TECHNICIANS CONDUCTING 144 FIELD TRIPS AND OVER 300 CLASSROOM PRESENTATIONS FOR THE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS. STUDENT CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION INTERNS AND VOLUNTEERS-IN-PARKS WHO PROVIDE ESSSENTIAL QUALITY INTERPRETATION AND INFORMATION SERVICES TO CANYONLANDS AND ARCHES NATIONAL PARKS. SEASONAL PARK RANGERS FOR CANYONLANDS AND ARCHES NATIONAL PARKS. THESE TEMPORARY PARK RANGERS HELP ENHANCE THE VISITOR EXPERIENCE BY AUGMENTING THE PERMANENT INTERPRETATION TEAM'S ABILITY TO PROVIDE ESSENTIAL VISITOR SERVICES: STAFFING THE FRONT DESK OF VISITOR CENTERS, OFFERING INERPRETIVE PROGRAMS, FEE COLLECTION, AND ROVING PARK TRAILS.

STUDENT CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION INTERNS STATIONED AT WESTWATER RANGER STATION TO PROVIDE ESSENTIAL VISITOR SERVICES. SUPPORT OF THE MOAB INFORMATION CENTER WHICH PROVIDES VISITOR CONTACT TO DISPENSE INFORMATION REGARDING LOCAL BLM LANDS AND HOW TO RECREATE RESPONSIBLY AND SAFELY.
AID TO USDA FOREST SERVICE IMPROVEMENT TO THE TRANS LA SAL, GOLD BASIN, AND CLARK LAKE TRAILHEADS ON THE MANTI-LA SAL NATIONAL FOREST. PROVIDED FUNDING TO MITIGATE INCREASED VISITATION AND USE TO SUPPORT AND PROTECT THE VISITORS AND THE RESOURCE.
