Part 3 - Line 4a

THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY FOCUS IS TO COLLECT DONATIONS THEN DISTRIBUTE GRANTS TO SUPPORT CHARITABLE CAUSES WITHIN ITS THREE PILLARS OF FOCUS: ADVANCING EDUCATION, PROPELLING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND STRENGTHENING COMMUNITIES. THE ORGANIZATION IS DEVELOPING PROCEDURES AND PROCESSES TO ACCEPT GRANT APPLICATIONS FROM CHARITIES FOCUSED IN ONE OR MORE OF THESE PILLARS. THE APPLICATIONS WILL REQUIRE APPLICANTS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHARITY'S PROGRAMMING AND ACTIVITIES AND EXPLAIN HOW THE APPLICANT INTENDS TO USE THE GRANT TO SUPPORT AND DEVELOP EXISTING OR NEW PROGRAMMING. THE ORGANIZATION ANTICIPATES GIVING SMALLER GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS TO SPREAD ITS SUPPORT OUT ACROSS A RANGE OF CHARITIES WORKING IN AREAS WHERE THE ORGANIZATION HAS OFFICES. PERIODICALLY, THE ORGANIZATION ANTICIPATES AWARDING LARGER GRANTS TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WORKING ON MAJOR PROJECTS THAT NEED LARGER INFUSIONS OF SUPPORT. THE LOCATION OF THESE GRANTS WILL ALSO LIKELY BE IN GEOGRAPHIC AREAS WHERE REHMANN HAS OFFICES.
