UPCAP SERVED AS THE CENTRAL SERVICE AGENCY FOR MICHIGAN'S UPPER PENINSULA ADMINISTERING STATE AND FEDERAL GRANTS AS WELL AS REVENUES FROM LOCAL SOURCES USED TO BENEFIT THE AGING, DISABLED AND LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS OF THE REGION. UPCAP SERVED 568 CLIENTS WITH MICHIGAN CHOICE WAIVER FUNDING THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY HEALTH. UPCAP SERVED 768 CLIENTS WITH MICHIGAN HEALTH LINK FUNDING THROUGH AN AGREEMENT WITH THE UPPER PENINSULA HEALTH PLAN.
