2022 WAS A YEAR OF GREAT LEARNING AND GROWTH FOR LITTLE BIT. OUR KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE: GAINING 501C3 NON-PROFIT STATUS, LAUNCHING OUR MICROSITE AND ESTABLISHING OUR FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, AND LINKEDIN PRESENCE WITH OVER 350 FOLLOWERS. WE RAISED $3720 WITH OUR FIRST-EVER FUNDRAISER, AND OVER $5600 OVER THE COURSE OF THE YEAR FROM OVER 50 DONORS. WE COMPLETED THE BLUEPRINTING PROCESS FOR OUR WEBSITE DESIGN AND SECURED FUNDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF OUR WEBSITE. WE RESEARCHED PRACTICES AND PRODUCT AS WELL AS COMPLETED THE IMPACT ASSESSMENTS TO EDUCATE CONSUMERS ON SIMPLE CHANGES TO BEHAVIOR THAT ALLOWS THEM TO CREATE A MORE SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE. LITTLE BIT IS WORKING WITH MISSOURI UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ON THE IMPACT ANALYSIS AND CONTINUING TO GROW THAT RELATIONSHIP. WE RECRUITED TWO NEW SKILLED WORKING BOARD MEMBERS AND COMPLETED THE FRAME IT UP FOR FUNDING PROGRAM. WITH OVER 1000 HOURS VOLUNTEERED, MORE THAN 10 NEW VOLUNTEERS, AND GAINING OVER 350 FOLLOWERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA, THE CORE OF OUR ORGANIZATION REMAINS THE PASSIONATE, DEDICATED INDIVIDUALS WHO CHOOSE TO VOLUNTEER TIME TO HELP US ACHIEVE OUR VISION.
