ADDRESS THE APPROPRIATION OF CIRCLE PRACTICE IN RESTORATIVE, TRANSFORMATIVE AND HEALING JUSTICE MOVEMENTS AND SPACES AS WELL AS OTHER SECTORS AND FIELDS E.G., EDUCATION, CRIMINAL JUSTICE BY REORIENTING, REINTRODUCING AND INVESTING IN GROUNDING CIRCLE PRACTICE IN ITS ORIGINAL ROOTS AS A PRACTICE OF CEREMONY AND GOVERNANCE IN INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES. CREATE POWERFUL PARTNERSHIPS WITH INDIVIDUALS, ORGANIZATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS SEEKING TO BUILD LONG-TERM MEANINGFUL COMMUNITY POWER TO TRANSFORM MINDSETS, SYSTEMS, AND STRUCTURES OF DOMINATION, COLONIZATION, AND EMPIRE.
