FUTURE ARTS IS A PIONEERING WOMEN-LED NEW MEDIA ARTS NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION BRINGING TECH-FORWARD, ACCESSIBLE, AND IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCES TO SEATTLE AND BEYOND. THIS YEAR WE PRODUCED FREE PUBLIC SHOWCASES, COMMISSIONED NEW ARTWORKS, PILOTED AN ARTIST RESIDENCY PROGRAM, AND DEBUTED A NEW INTERACTIVE LIVESTREAM PROGRAM (FUTURE ARTS LIVE!) THAT BRIDGES THE PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL. OVER THE PAST 3+ YEARS, WE HAVE PRODUCED 25+ EVENTS THAT WELCOMED OVER 18,000 DIRECT ENGAGEMENTS WITH OUR ARTWORKS IN A DIGITAL/PHYSICAL SPACE, WITH OVER 350K IMPRESSIONS LOCALLY AND GLOBALLY OF OUR DIGITAL CONTENT STORYTELLING. WE HAVE WON NATIONAL AWARDS, SHOWN AT INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES, AND CREATED INTERDISCIPLINARY ART-TECH PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH. WE HOPE TO CONTINUE UPLIFTING UNTOLD STORIES THROUGH TECHNOLOGY AND CHANGING SEATTLE'S HISTORY TO BECOME A CULTURAL AND ARTS TECH HUB, UPLIFTING ITS RICH AND VIBRANT COMMUNITIES.
