WORKING TO SUPPORT, DEVELOP AND PROMOTE ACCESS TO THE ARTS. KEEPING ART CENTRAL TO LIFE IN CLACKAMAS COUNTY, BENEFITING ALL CITIZENS. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED VIA EDUCATION, PUBLIC ART, GRANTS AND SERVICES FOR ORGANIZATIONS, ARTISTS, BUSINESS PARTNERS AND CIVIC LEADERS.

THE ALLIANCE DISTRIBUTES CULTURAL TRUST/COALITION GRANTS TO ARTISTS AND ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN GREATER CLACKAMAS COUNTY. THESE GRANTS ARE DISTRIBUTED TO FUND PROJECTS PRODUCED BY ARTS, HERITAGE AND HUMANITIES ORGANIZATIONS. PROJECTS BY INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS IN ALL DISCIPLINES MAY BE FUNDED IF THEY COLLABORATE WITH THOSE ORGANIZATIONS.
YOUTH ARTS FOR CHANGE IS ADMINISTERED BY THE STAFF. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES ARTISTIC OPPORTUNITIES TO UNDERSERVED AND AT RISK YOUTH IN CLACKAMAS COUNTY. THE VARIOUS PROGRAMS ARE PRESENTED BY PROFESSIONAL ARTISTS AND FACILITATORS WORKING DIRECTLY WITH THE YOUNG PEOPLE.
THE CCAA ARTIST EXHIBIT PROGRAM (AEP) ROTATES ORIGINAL ARTWORK THROUGH 17 EXHIBIT SPACES IN 10 PUBLIC GALLERY VENUES IN CLACKAMAS COUNTY FROM COUNTY BUILDINGS TO LIBRARIES, HOSPITALS, HEALTH CENTERS, AND OREGON CITY - CITY HALL, WE COVER A LOT OF TERRITORY."
