TRANSITIONS TEACHES PRE-VOCATIONAL SKILLS, INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS, HEALTH AND SAFETY, FUNCTIONAL ACADEMIC TRAINING, MONEY MANAGEMENT, COMMUNITY ACCESS TRAINING, SOCIAL SKILLS TRAINING, ETC. EACH CLIENTS PROGRAM IS TAILORED DEPENDING ON HIS OR HER NEEDS. FUNDING IS PROVIDED BY THE UTAH DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES.
TRANSITIONS HAS DISBURSED FOOD TO NEEDY FAMILIES IN THE MONUMENT VALLEY AREA. THE ORGANIZATION IS DISCONTINUING THIS PROGRAM, BUT IN 2021, THE ORGANIZATION HAD A SMALL AMOUNT OF INCOME AND EXPENSES.
