THE RCDS MISSION IS TO ENABLE THE PEOPLE OF THE 6-COUNTY AREA IN SOUTH CENTRAL UTAH TO PLAN, DEVELOP IMPLEMENT PROJECTS THAT WILL CONSERVE IMPROVE THEIR SOCIAL, ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS.

WEED MANAGEMENT. WORKING WITH LOCAL WEED CONTROL AGENCIES AND COMMITTEES TO USE EFFECTIVE WEED CONTROL METHODS.
HONOR FLIGHT OF UTAH. TO RAISE FUNDS TO PROVIDE AIRFARE AND ENTRANCE FEES FOR WWII VETERANS TO VISIT THEIR WAR MEMORIALS AND HONOR THEM BEFORE THEY PASS AWAY.
SALE OF HABITAT CREDITS. DEVELOP MARKETS FOR AND HAVE AVAILABLE TO MEET NEPA ETC REQUIREMENTS FOR ACTIVITIES THAT MAY DISTURB HABITAT.
