INDIGENOUS LANDS PROGRAM - EDUCATION, TRAINING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ON NATIVE AMERICAN RESERVATIONS FOCUSING ON REFORESTATION, SOLAR ENERGY, EFFICIENT AND CLEAN HEATING SYSTEMS, RENEWABLE ENERGY, EMPLOYMENT AND FOOD SECURITY.
