PROVIDES GRANTS AND ASSISTANCE TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES TO LIVE IN THE COMMUNITY. THESE GRANTS INCLUDE SUPPORT TO INCREASE ACCESSIBILITY AND ACCESS WITHIN HOMES AND IN COMMUNITY BASED SETTINGS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ASSISTS WITH BEHAVIOR OUTREACH TO SUPPORT PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN DIFFICULT BEHAVIORAL SITUATIONS.
