THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION IS TO PROVIDE GUIDANCE AND DIRECTION TO THE 98 CHARTERED POSTS THROUGH THE AMERICAN LEGION IN UTAH. OUR PRIMARY MISSION AT HQ IS TO MONITOR DUES THAT COME IN AND DISBURSE THE MAJORITY TO THE NATIONAL HQ. IN ADDITION WE PROVIDE SERVICE TO VETERANS, THEIR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES BY ASSISTING THEM WITH VA BENEFITS SUCH AS HEALTCARE AND DISABILITY, PENSION AND EDUCATION BENEFITS. WE ALSO SPONSOR BASEBALL, ORATORICAL CONTESTS AND ACT AS A CONDUIT FROM THE LOCAL POSTS TO THE NATIONAL HQ.

AWARDS AND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR YOUTH COMPETING IN VARIOUS CONTESTS AT THE STATE LEVEL TO SUPPORT HIGHER EDUCATION AND EDUCATION SPIRIT.
