OUR CHANGE FOUNDATION (OCF) WILL FURTHER CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES BY ENGAGING IN THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES. OCF WILL AIM TO INCREASE SOCIAL GOOD ON THE INTERNET BY EDUCATING THE PUBLIC AND CORPORATIONS ABOUT CHARITABLE CAUSES. IN ADDITION, OCF WILL ENCOURAGE BUSINESSES AND OTHERS TO INTEGRATE PHILANTHROPY AND CHARITABLE INITIATIVES INTO THEIR PRACTICES, AND OCF WILL MAKE GRANTS TO QUALIFIED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS RESULTING FROM THIS PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT. THROUGH OCF'S EFFORTS IN EDUCATING CORPORATIONS AND THE PUBLIC ABOUT CHARITABLE CAUSES, AS WELL AS OCF'S GRANT-MAKING PROGRAM, OCF WILL MAKE IT SEAMLESS FOR CORPORATIONS AND THE PUBLIC TO SUPPORT OCF AND THE CHARITIES THEY LOVE. EDUCATING THE PUBLIC AND CORPORATIONS:OUR CHANGE FOUNDATION (OCF) EDUCATED THE PUBLIC AND CORPORATIONS ABOUT CHARITABLE CAUSES AND ACTIVITIES. IT IS CLEAR THAT CORPORATIONS OF ALL TYPES HAVE BECOME MORE INVOLVED IN SUPPORTING CHARITABLE CAUSES AND INTERESTED IN PHILANTHROPY AND CHARITABLE GIVING. THIS IS EVIDENT IN CORPORATE MARKETING IN COMMERCIALS EMPHASIZING PHILANTHROPY AND IN SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING THROUGH CHARITABLE SALES PROMOTIONS AND OTHER CORPORATE EFFORTS. AS SUCH, OCF IDENTIFIED THOSE CORPORATIONS THAT ARE INTERESTED IN CHARITABLE CAUSES AND IN MAKING CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS AND CONTACT THOSE CORPORATIONS TO EDUCATE THEM ABOUT CERTAIN IMPORTANT CHARITABLE CAUSES AND ORGANIZATIONS. OCF RESEARCHED AND IDENTIFIED CORPORATIONS INTERESTED IN CHARITABLE CAUSES AND PHILANTHROPY AND THROUGH ITS OUTREACH EFFORTS, CONTACTED THESE CORPORATIONS AND PROVIDED THEM WITH EDUCATION ABOUT THOSE CAUSES WITH WHICH OCF HAS INTEREST AND DESCRIBED IN DETAIL BELOW. OCF ALSO EDUCATED THE PUBLIC AT LARGE ABOUT CERTAIN IMPORTANT CHARITABLE CAUSES AND ORGANIZATIONS. OCF PROVIDES EDUCATION TO CORPORATIONS AND TO THE PUBLIC FREE OF CHARGE. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT ANY AND ALL CAUSES FOR WHICH OCF EDUCATES THE PUBLIC AND CORPORATIONS ABOUT WILL SUPPORT AND REFLECT THOSE PURPOSES DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
CONTRIBUTIONS TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS:IN ADDITION TO EDUCATING THE PUBLIC AND CORPORATIONS ABOUT THESE CAUSES AND ENCOURAGING THE PUBLIC AND CORPORATIONS TO CONTRIBUTE TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT FURTHER THESE IMPORTANT EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE CAUSES, OUR CHANGE FOUNDATION (OCF) ALSO MADE GRANTS TO TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. BY USING OCF'S GIVING AND GRANT-MAKING PROCEDURES, DONORS CAN BE CONFIDENT THAT THEIR DONATIONS SUPPORT QUALIFIED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS SAFELY AND SECURELY. OCF BROUGHT AND WILL CONTINUE TO BRING UP-TO-DATE GRANT-MAKING TECHNOLOGY TO THE NONPROFIT SECTOR. THIS EMPOWERED NONPROFITS TO BE ON THE FRONTIER OF TECHNOLOGY, AND GROW THEIR REACH AND MISSION AT THE SPEED OF INNOVATION. OCF ALONG WITH ITS SISTER COMPANY, GETCHANGE CORPORATION, ALLOWS THE ACCEPTANCE OF NEW FORMS OF DONATIONS SUCH AS DIGITAL CURRENCY AND PROVIDES SUCH A PLATFORM FOR DONATIONS TO BE MADE THAT ARE "OTHER THAN CASH" SO THAT THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR OCF EXPANDS THEIR AUDIENCE FOR CONTRIBUTIONS.
